i will never understand immortality in a society like that

ihavenolife • 2 years ago

i dont understand why anyone would want immortality in this world either. theres no point
and how the hell are people even functioning here in the first place considering all the technology?

SarenAreth • 2 years ago

I would want immortality, because when I die I'm gone forever. If I don't exist then there is nothing for me, which is rather pointless, so I prefer to live.

ihavenolife • 2 years ago

if your immortal then you'll end up suffering a lot especially when eventually we'll end up destroying this planet too

akane reminds me of myself she has to accept a few things even if they are not correct logically, legally or ethically

Shadman20073 • 2 years ago

damn the main antagonist reminds me of Johan Liebert

jon • 1 year ago

ye also in the ed there's a lyrics that say monster without a name so...

ArifShounen • 1 year ago

Yeah I just finished monster so I also noticed that but Johan’s unique compared to makishima. After I have finished this anime my opinion will change but up to now makishima is just another smartass antagonist who makes his minions do his dirty work. I m really excited for the next eps so that he can prove me he’s more than just a big brain villain.

SyphillicSCHIZophrenic • 2 years ago

Just finished monster before getting into this.Looks similar but characteristically heaven and hell diff

Shadman20073 • 2 years ago

the characteristics are similar

I think gino's father is the old enforcer or not ,it's just a guess

ihavenolife • 2 years ago

did i miss something? wdym by old enforcer? im guessing you dont mean the enforcer under kogami who died so ig i havent been paying attention properly

Bery roy • 2 years ago

I meant the middle age guy enforcer in the team who is nice to everyone ,he fits the description of gino's father ,so it wouldn't come as a twist if he is truly revealed as gino's father

ihavenolife • 2 years ago

ohh ok (spoiler to the rest of this season->) he actually is lol, good job figuring that out

Bery roy • 2 years ago

so i am right lol, this is the consequence of watching too much anime 😂

It's fcking true that the old dude masaoka said that humans are all criminals.

And that cyborg thingy in 22 century society proves that we're all related to technology whatever you're cyborg or not.pretty damn good

Bruh at this moment those madafakas are gonna fk up, kogami isn't gonna be one of their easy food

Revenant • 2 years ago

On 8:18, this scene is a reference to architect Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater design.

The author and animator, surely enough, are people of culture.
